Information we collect
When you contact or book with the studio, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, appointment and service details, party size, language preference, and any message you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive medical information in an online note.
For an online payment, Stripe processes payment-card details. Maison Forest Spa does not receive or store your full card number, CVC, or wallet credentials. We retain only the payment status and limited transaction identifiers needed to support the booking and any refund request.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to inquiries, create and manage appointments, process and reconcile payments, send transactional booking notices when enabled, prevent misuse, and meet applicable business, tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
We share information only with service providers that help operate these functions, such as hosting, database, payment, and transactional-email providers, or where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including record-keeping, dispute handling, and legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where appropriate while preserving records that must be retained.
We use access controls, encrypted transport, and server-side safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please contact us promptly if you believe your information has been misused.
Your privacy requests
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests by emailing maisonforestspa@gmail.com with enough information for us to verify your identity. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and explain any information we must retain.
The public site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential session and payment-hold storage may be used to operate secure booking and administrator functions.
