Bookings, changes, and cancellations

Appointments may be booked online or arranged with the studio. To request a change or cancellation, contact Maison Forest Spa as early as possible and include your booking reference. Changes, cancellations, and refunds are reviewed by the studio; they are not completed automatically through the customer website.

We do not publish an automatic cancellation, no-show, late-arrival, or rebooking fee. Any amount due or refund decision will be communicated after the studio reviews the appointment, payment status, and applicable legal requirements.

Late arrival and service time

If you expect to arrive late, contact the studio as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but a late arrival may reduce available treatment time in order to respect subsequent appointments. The full scheduled service time is not guaranteed after a late arrival.

Payments, taxes, and receipts

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes. GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) are calculated and displayed before payment. Online payments are processed by Stripe; pay-at-spa bookings remain payable at the studio.

Contact the studio before booking if you need to ask about an insurance receipt. Eligibility and required information depend on your own plan; Maison Forest Spa does not guarantee reimbursement by an insurer.

Gift-certificate inquiries and refunds

Gift certificates are currently handled by direct inquiry with the studio. Online gift-certificate purchase, delivery, code generation, and redemption are not available on this website at this time.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method where possible. A refund does not itself cancel or reschedule an appointment; contact the studio if you need both actions.
